The Influence of Herd Mentality on Sexual and Gender Identity
In a recent study (Gallup 2024) of sexual identity in the US, 30% of female respondents between 18 and 26 self-identified as LGBTQ.  In the Ivy League colleges, the numbers are even higher for both men and women and this is probably due to herd mentality (a.k.a. social contagion).  Learn more here.
 
Our School Systems Want to Turn Kids into Radical Left-Wing Activists
11th-grade students at @BrickMemorialHS in NJ were given an English assignment asking them to create an “informative poster” based on a current political movement.  The teacher then provided a list of exclusively far-left movements to students as suggestions on “Civil Disobedience.”  Read more here.
 
Texas Approves Bible Curriculum for Elementary School Students
Schools that implement the Bible-based curriculum as soon as 2025 will receive additional funds from the state.  TX Governor Greg Abbott said: “The materials will … allow our students to better understand the connection of history, art, community, literature, and religion on pivotal events like the signing of the U.S. Constitution, the Civil Rights Movement, and the American Revolution.”  Read more here.
 
California Athletic Director Compares ‘Save Girls Sports’ to Wearing a Swastika, Lawsuit Claims
Cross-country runners Kaitlyn and Taylor from the Martin Luther King High School said they wore T-shirts that read “Save Girls’ Sports” on the front and “It’s Common Sense. XX (is not equal to symbol) XY” on the back.  School officials ordered the girls to remove the shirts because they were ‘creating a hostile environment.’  “It was definitely hard to hear because we’re by no means trying to be hateful,” Kaitlyn (9th grade) told Fox News.  Read the story here.
