• Biden’s rule does what Congress has refused to do: extend Title IX civil rights protections to LGBTQ+ students, puffing up the statutory protections against discrimination based on ‘sex’ to include transgenderism by administrative fiat.  Your cowardly Congress may be happy to let unelected bureaucrats take this contentious issue off its hands, but that’s not how law is supposed to be made.
